Q: What if I receive email messages from you at multiple email addresses?
A: Our system allows you the flexibility to edit your email communication
preferences – individually – for as many addresses as you might have. For example,
you can choose to receive certain types of messages at your “work” address, and
others at home. As a result, if you choose during this session not to receive Money
and Markets, for instance, you will still receive those emails at any other addresses
you have provided to us until and unless you edit your preferences for those addresses.
Q: Where can I find information about Weiss Research’s privacy policy?
A: For more information visit this page.
Q: Why does it take up to 3 business days for my preference changes to go into
effect?
A: Technically speaking, when you check or uncheck any of the boxes next to our
various types of mailings, that change is reflected instantaneously in our database.
What might cause a delay is that our email messages are often planned in advance of
their actual mailing. Part of this planning process is to search our customer database
for individuals who have expressed interest in the type of message being planned. The
email addresses for those individuals are usually uploaded 1-3 days prior to the
message being sent. Therefore, if you edit your preferences within that brief window
of time – after email addresses are uploaded, but before an email is sent – it might
take up to three days for you to notice a change in your inbox.
